Letter to Nobel laureates on the WEform scheme

Dear Honorable Nobel Laureates,

I am writing to you because you, who have great prestige and unique influence all over the world, care deeply about the fate of our humanity and are willing to make efforts for advancements in human society.

My name is Jiang, and I am from East Asia. For a long time, I have wanted to contribute to the progress of the world, and have been working on a project that will enable the steady and rapid development of humankind. In accordance with the process principle of human history, after repeated exploration, I believe that I have finally found a robust way to push forward human society on a large scale. The corresponding implementation scheme code-named “WEform” for promoting the human leapfrogging progress is described in the article Our Utopia Will Come True (available via the title link). The WEform scheme is practical and concrete, and will be able to realize human society's solid leap forward smoothly with rigorous technical mechanism and controllable engineering process.This will enable human beings to fundamentally tackle the grave problems plaguing humanity and efficiently build a world of perpetual peace, complete justice, comprehensive prosperity, and complete freedom for all, which should be groundbreaking in human history. I hope to contribute my achievement to the world as soon as possible and play a role in promoting the steady and rapid progress of human society. However, the practice of this plan requires universal human understanding and common action, and it should be carried out in accordance with scientific procedures and sound steps. Such a major plan for the future of the entire human race first needs to be addressed to all humans to ensure that its principles and significance are generally understood. Moreover, it needs to be fully discussed for collaborative improvement, and to confirm its rationality and complete feasibility. Finally, before its implementation, human consensus should be formed to ensure that the unprecedented transformation of humanity promoted by the WEform scheme can proceed steadily, until reaching the goal of the ideal world as scheduled.

However, whether human beings will not be obtuse about an inevitable advancement depends on their attitude and cognition toward the future. As human beings are still in the state of social segmentation described in Our Utopia Will Come True, human cognition is still biased and rationality imperfect. Even in the current age of information and knowledge explosion, people's cognition is still generally unable to eliminate the superficial and sublimate to the profound, lacking the complete mind to completely recognize and accept truths. For the WEform scheme to be selected from the vast and complicated array of information and studied by people of all classes, it will take reputable figures to come forward and call for a radical review of humanity's common future and a focus on the scheme. When humankind views the scheme with a fully responsible attitude toward history, the great transformation of harmonious integration of humankind will be drawing near.

I request you examine the scheme, use your influence to spread the news of the WEform scheme worldwide, and inspire humanity to give this grand scheme the treatment it deserves.

Undoubtedly, the global public attention and discussion of a solid scheme to fundamentally tackle the problems plaguing humankind and create a world that is a common ideal home for humans will further spread the message and concept of harmony and development among humanity, thus promoting cognitive improvement and rational maturity of humankind.

Fulfilling the mission of propagating the WEform scheme will surely be an even greater achievement for today's Nobel laureates, and humankind’s leapfrog progress will certainly be a higher reward for Nobel laureates who disseminate the WEform scheme!
