Peaceful Tuesdays

These past few months, the Gbowee Peace Foundation Africa & PeaceJam Liberia have organized weekly events known as "Peaceful Tuesdays" around Monrovia, Liberia. Alongside volunteers, their team has visited dozens of communities to hold dialogues and share positive messages on peace and the importance of practicing peacefulness during this period of elections in Liberia.

Recently, they also unveiled two billboards with the inscription "DON'T TOUCH OUR PEACE, Vote Peacefully" which signifies the popularization of the Liberian Women's Manifesto for Peace Summit signed on August 17, 2023, by the Women of Liberia.
