Kids Hike 2024: Empowering Young Minds on Human Rights Day! 🌳🏞️💚🇿🇦
Our "Healthy Body, Healthy Minds" program celebrated Human Rights Day with a memorable hike, engaging 50 spirited kids and youth actively involved in our development programs.
We were fortunate enough to have two experts, Tristan and Ashley who led the way, sharing their nature wisdom and releasing six puff adders back into the wild! 🐍
For many, it was their first journey beyond their neighborhood, opening doors to new discoveries. Amidst tough paths, they found peace in nature's embrace.
All the kids discovered the joy and importance of nature for inner well-being and are now ready to make their communities better, one step at a time.
